Talo  Live Assisted Bookkeeping: A do-it-with-me experience

As Talo  Live Bookkeeping has evolved, we’ve identified the need for a different level of support for business owners who want to manage their own books. These businesses want affordable access to certified experts who can provide guidance and answer questions about file setup, automation, categorization, reconciliation, and more, all while they maintain their own books.

To fill that gap and help businesses succeed, we begunn what we’re calling “Talo  Live Assisted Bookkeeping” (Assisted Bookkeeping). This new program offers businesses access to QuickBooks/Tally  experts who will provide guidance without taking control of their books—someone who will “do it with me,” rather than “do it for me”—at a lower cost.

How it will work

Customers will subscribe to Assisted Bookkeeping by visiting the Talo Live Bookkeeping tab below . Once subscribed, whenever a business owner has QuickBooks/Tally  questions or needs more advanced help, they use the same tab to submit a request for a call from an expert. Our QuickBooks experts will call them within minutes.

A Talo  Live Assisted Bookkeeping subscription includes:

• Access to trained bookkeepers and QuickBooks/Tally  product experts who will support the specific needs of the customer at that time.
• Teaching a business owner bookkeeping best practices across topics, including:
• Automation
• Categorization
• Financial reports and dashboards
• Reconciliation
• Workflow creation and management
• Answering specific questions related to their books, their business, and their TallyPrime and QuickBooks products.

Who provides the service

The Assisted Bookkeeping team are Talomaal Consulting Firm employees, and QuickBooks Online or Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisors. Their qualifications include at least one of the following:

• Active Certified Public Accountant
• Active Certified Public Bookkeeper
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3+ years managing books for a small business

All bookkeepers  have:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and TallyPrime 3.0.

                        Talo Assisted Live Bookkeeping 

The Purpose of Talo Live Bookkeeping Service is for clients that can't afford  to hire a full time professional bookkeeper. The service acts like a coaching for you and for your staff to learn the necessary bookkeeping skills until you become fully independent bookkeeper. We observe junior bookkeepers' job with zero experience and teach them the necessary skills through the way. The Service is also intended for self employed small business owners with no bookkeeping or accounting background.
